The Montagu Apartments, Portstewart

6 Storey apartment development over retail units at ground floor level with amazing views in the popular town of Portstewart. This project required significant reinforced concrete structures to create underground parking to the rear of the site where there were 4 levels below ground incorporating kitchens, storage and parking. The front block of apartments involved 5 stories of load bearing masonry over a reinforced concrete transfer structure at first floor level. Foundations are taken to rock stratum.
