Castle Linn Apartments, Portrush

A stunning apartment complex located in Portrush which spectacular views.

The upper floors were designed as a load bearing masonry structure with prestressed hollowcore floor units. At the lower levels a reinforced concrete structure was provided with transfer structures required at first floor and ground floor to accommodate car park facilities below. Finite element analysis was carried out on the transfer structures in order to deliver a design that was both economic and efficient
